We will raise the construction budget through a crowdfunding loan, meaning dozens (or hundreds) of individuals will directly support the creation of these studios.
This turns our future tenants and investors into co-owners of the story.
Each year, as we repay our loans, we’ll host a 'Founders Party' - a celebration for backers, tenants, and supporters that reinforces the space as a cultural and social hub. It’s a way to show our appreciation, deepen loyalty, and invite even more collaboration. This model creates not just a sustainable business - but a shared investment in local music culture.
Looking ahead, we also plan to collaborate with local educational institutions and record labels, expanding into services such as in-house DJ lessons, mixing and mastering, and more. The potential for growth is extensive, with a wide range of creative and commercial partnerships on the horizon.
