Open access for education
Free access for students.
One of our rooms will be dedicated to free access to educational institutions.
Students get free time to rehearse, and in turn, our residents get the opportunity to collaborate with them.

Annual founders' party
Each year we'll throw a founders' party (on the same day as the annual repayment). All investors and tenants will be invited to an evening at Soundspace. Meet some of the musicians you gave a home to, and hear what they’ve been creating (and enjoy it with a slightly heavier wallet!)
