• Email address – when you submit our sign-up/contact form on our Wix website.

• Optional message – any information you include in the contact form message field.

We do not use analytics, marketing pixels, or other non-essential tracking on our website. Wix may set strictly necessary cookies to make the site and forms work.

3) Why we use your data (purposes)

If you give consent, we use your email address to send:

• Project updates about Soundspace

• Studio availability notifications

• Investment opportunity updates

• Event announcements and promotions

• Promotions related to our acoustic panels

We do not send third-party marketing.

We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to send the communications listed above. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9).

5) Where your data comes from

Directly from you via our Wix contact/sign-up form.

• Processors: We use Wix to host our website and process form submissions (acting as our data processor).

• No sales or partner sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber emails with partners or investors.
   

7) International transfers

Our goal is to keep data in the EEA/UK where possible. Some service providers may store data outside your country. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We also periodically review inactive lists and may delete addresses that bounce or remain inactive.

• Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection: You can exercise these GDPR rights by emailing will@soundspacestudios.nl.

• Complaints: You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including limiting access to authorised personnel and using secure systems provided by our service providers.
